The CIO function
A BMB Associates executive provides the chief information officer (CIO) function for all of our clients. The CIO meets weekly with executives and users. With 20 to 40 years of operational experience, this BMB Associates executive brings the creditable leadership, business acumen, and communication skills to client organizations required to deliver an effective IT function.

The strategic plan
We use a time-tested methodology for strategic planning that continually looks out about eighteen months. Our method: Establish business requirements, asses business application packages that most effectively support them, and recommend a technology infrastructure required by these applications. We review current applications and systems platforms and recommend required enhancements to support ongoing business requirements. Our planning process includes regular updates of the plan.

The Operating Plan
The Strategic Plan drives the Operating Plan, both of which are continually updated. The Operating Plan generates a series of tactical initiatives that are managed to completing by AdvantageBMB, BMB Associates' proprietary information technology methodology (see description below).
